Pay Only for What You Use

The most you will pay for a store per month is $9. Simple. We prorate the amount based on days active so if you connect a store half way through a month you only pay for half a month. Similarly if you disable a store half way through you'll only pay for the time it was enabled.

If you have a large number of stores you would like to connect contact us and we can chat about a discount.

Custom Tests

We get it, WooCommerce is the most customizable eCommerce platform for building online stores and you've spent many hours fine tuning your (or your clients) stores but now it doesn't work with our standard tests. Fear not, if you need custom tests contact us and we'll see if we can work something out that meets your needs (for an additional fee of course depending on your individual requirements).

We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.) using Stripe as our payment gateway.

When upgrading your account from free to standard we’ll make a one-time charge to your credit card for $9.

We then bill at the end of each month (30 days) for stores that have been active during that billing period.

If you don't reach a minimum $9 worth of usage across all your active stores for that period you will be billed a $9 monthly minimum.

We charge only for days that a store has been active during a billing period.

As an example, once you have upgraded to our standard plan which costs $9 per store per month if you add a new store 10 days into the billing period and the store is active for the remaining 20 days, the per-day cost for the store is $9 / 30. At the end of the billing period you would be billed an additional $6 ($9 / 30 * 20 Days) on top of the cost of your first store.

Yes. If you feel Robot Ninja is not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve the issues with our support team within 30 days of upgrading your account, we want to make things right.

Follow the steps at How to Request a Refund to request a refund within 30 days of upgrade. We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Please include your user account email address.

Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But Stripe or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

Upon cancelling an active subscription to our standard plan:

  • your active stores will be set to disabled,
  • your provided payment method will be charged for any outstanding usage,
  • your account will be downgraded to free, and
  • your subscription will be immediately cancelled
